We review the request and activate access. You will receive an e-mail as soon as documents can be created.

What does workes cost?
There are currently no public plans. The operator agrees the terms individually and activates access.
How long does activation take?
Usually within one working day. Until then you can already set up your company.
What happens when access ends?
The company account switches to read-only: you can still view and export everything, but not create new documents.
Do I need accounting knowledge?
No. workes guides you from quote to payment, assigns the consecutive number itself and calculates tax rates, discounts and early-payment discounts.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes: CSV lists for invoices, payments, expenses, customers and products, every document as PDF and an annual report, plus, in every plan, the DATEV export and the tax adviser package with all documents for a period as ZIP.
